Angi and Garrett

It was above 30, so I confidently left my jacket at home (bummer). Bryan and I danced around the park scouting locations with good light and playing with each other like school kids on a playground with our cameras. Knowing Garrett was a tall guy, I wore my boots for that little extra 2 inches…for what it was worth to help. 🙂 Angi and Garrett showed up with two little surprises – their fabulous kids both 5 years old and ready for some fun photos!

Angi and Garrett have been all over the map since both are prior service and Angi grew up in a military family herself. They have been to many cool places before their paths crossed, Garret’s favorite being Colorado Springs and Angi’s  being Germany. They met up here and are both working outside of the military and enjoying what they do, and most importantly enjoying each other and their two youngsters who have seemed to love having a new sibling and playmate! Garrett is quiet but funny and relaxed; he warmed up quickly and we enjoyed just chatting and hanging out in between shots. Angi is laid back and easygoing but she knew exactly what she wanted when she met Garrett. Planning their wedding in May out at McHugh Creek in Kincaid Park, they are counting down the days til’ they say I do and join their lives and families by sealing it with a kiss! Here are a few moments of the day…LOVE Angi’s Red Wavy hair!
